Louis D. D’Amico has served as Executive Director of IOGA of Pennsylvania since 1995. Prior to joining the association, he had spent twenty-three years in the industry in engineering, gas marketing and operations management.

Following graduation from the Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering in 1972, he joined the Peoples Natural Gas Company as a drilling and production engineer. In 1978 he was recruited by Wainoco Oil and Gas Company, a Houston Texas based independent producer to develop and manage operations in Pennsylvania, New York, Michigan and West Virginia. He joined Industrial Energy Service Company in 1991 after the sale of Wainoco’s properties. At IESCO, D’Amico evaluated producing properties for acquisition and worked in marketing natural gas services to end-users.

In addition to his engineering degree, Mr. D’Amico holds an MBA from Gannon University and is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania. Lou was one of the founding board members of the Pennsylvania Natural Gas Associates, which became IOGA of Pennsylvania.

Debbie has been an integral member of IOGA of PA for over 8 years and has served as the Association’s Office Manger and Bookkeeper. Debbie is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the Association, including accounting/bookkeeping, member services, facilities management and working closely with the Executive Director and Board of Director’s on the needs of IOGA of PA. Debbie is also responsible for the planning and implementation of IOGA’s annual meeting, fundraising events and educational seminars.

Megan Wollerton

Megan is responsible for managing the daily office operations and assisting the Director of Member Services with membership needs, event planning and marketing of the Association’s activities and services. She supports the Executive Director and Communications Director as needed.

Danielle Boston

Danielle is responsible for internal and external communications for the Association, working to raise the visibility of IOGA of PA and its mission. Danielle is responsible for the monthly newsletter (IOGA News), IOGA’s website, legislative communications, educational outreach and media relations.
